Ingredients

  • 400 g Tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 400 g Tin cannellini or butter beans
  • 1/2 Chopped red chilli
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly fry onions, pepper & garlic for 3-4 minutes

  2. Add chopped tomatoes & beans & cook until hot

  3. Add chilli & seasoning & serve
